Made in Japan by "YOSHITO YAMAKAWA"

This is a Kanto beef knife that has been designated as a craft.
All processes, including shaping, heat treatment, sharpening, and pattern attachment, are carried out using traditional handcrafting techniques, making this a rare piece of jewelry that can only be made once or twice a day.
The bolster is a brass brazing specification that takes time and effort, but puts less stress on the base material.
This knife is full of traditional Japanese handcrafted techniques in every detail.
