Beautiful knife but made with little attention to detail.

I am not satisfied with the quality of workmanship, because there are a lot of sharp burrs on the metal part of the handle, which should not be the case with a kitchen knife.

Thank you for your honest and thoughtful feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that the finish on the handle didn’t meet your expectations—especially on a knife meant to embody both beauty and precision. Sharp burrs on the metal are certainly not what we aim for, and we understand how disappointing that can be.
Your comment has been shared with our workshop team so we can review and improve our finishing process. We deeply value insights like yours—they help us uphold the standards our customers deserve.
If you'd like, we’d be happy to explore a solution together, whether it’s advice on safe removal of the burrs or discussing a possible exchange. Please don’t hesitate to reach out. Thank you again for helping us do better.
