This is a Nakayama whetstone with a beautiful red pin layer and is a slightly soft whetstone.
It is characterized by its light-colored mud and is a very easy whetstone to sharpen with due to its fine texture.
Although it is slightly narrow in width, it is long and is an ideal whetstone for sharpening knives.
