Customs and Import Duties for International Orders

Your order may be subject to VAT, and/or import taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. HONMAMON ships your package　delivered duty unpaid, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and does not collect the VAT, duties or other taxes.  We are unable to predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

 

The delivery company which we use mainly is Japan post or DHL.

The postage of both shipping method will be changed by goods weight.

*EMS : Fastest international mail service with full insurance and tracking number, 4-7days to north America.

*DHL: High speed international mail service without insurance, but with good service for tracking number, 4-7 days to north America.

 

A tentative extra charge will be applied to EMS items bound for Zone 2 (Oceania, North America, Central America, the Middle East and Europe).
