Sujihiki (Slicer knife) Powdered HSS R2, 270mm

Blades powder metallurgy HSS R2 in the Middle from both sides extremely soft stainless steel sandwiched between strays is a three-layer composite structure.  Pattern is a water-resistant wood handle; blade and metal caps is bonded by weld. This protects from erosion caused by rust pattern.
