It is very useful for filleting small fish such as horse mackerel and flounder.
The cutting edge is made of Shirogami No. 2 steel, which makes it sharp and easy to sharpen.
It is also useful outdoors, such as at fishing spots.
■Caution:
This is a steel knife and will rust.
After use, wipe off any moisture thoroughly.
If you will not be using the knife for a long period of time, apply knife oil before storing.
