This is a popular Okudo Suita whetstone among craftsmen.
It is an extremely smooth, finely textured, and firm whetstone.
The slurry produced is dark in color but relatively soft, making it suitable for use on knives as well as carpentry tools.
With its ample thickness, this whetstone will last a lifetime.
